“We loved the deck area upstairs to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the view. The rooms were spacious and clean and beds were amazing. The people at the front desk were wonderful as we had an issue with our reservation and they fixed it immediately. Very helpful on ideas for the area. Food options were little disappointing as we usually are bacon,eggs,potatoes type people but enjoyed anyway..... thank you for good experience at these accommodations.,....

“What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”

“We stayed in a junior suite- with the pull out couch it was large enough for my husband, myself and our 15yr old daughter. The gym facility was one of the best hotel gyms I have used. You do have to go outside to get to it but well worth it. The breakfast included in the stay qas tasty. There is also the optio to get made to order food for a charge.
